The hotel

Hotel Waldhorn’s completely renovated 46 rooms cover three floors, which are accessible by lift. You will be welcomed by receptionists who speak four languages (German, French, English and Italian). Drop by the “Pause-café” in a little corner near the reception desk for a coffee or tea from the machines placed there at your free disposal. A choice of payable drinks is also available. Night owls may be assured that the reception remains open the whole night through.

All rooms are equipped with WI-FI and Wireless Lan including an extra connection to guarantee data safety. In addition, a business desk is at our guests’ disposal at the reception.

A bit of history...

The hotel is accommodated in a 19th century building. “Waldhorn”, literally meaning hunter’s horn, seems like an odd name for a hotel in the middle of town. At that time, however, the building was situated at the border of the forest. By the way, one part of the building still displays its former charm: the tide of time spared the east-side facade of the building which shows the hunter blowing his horn, proudly perched on his socle.
